Non Destructive Testing Training
We train and certify candidates in compliance with SNT-TC-1A or BS EN ISO 9712. We develop candidates to be competent NDT Techniciansat different levels in various NDT Methods.
Our NDT Training Courses cover the following; - Magnetic Particle Testing- Radiographic Testing- Ultrasonic Testing
- Dye Penetrant Testing
and at Advanced level - Eddy Current Testing

Magnetic Particle Testing
This course is designed to provide a basic Know- ledge of MT to enable delegates to carry out tests according to an established procedure under supervision of level III personnel. The course is especially designed to provide a sound theoretical knowledge and practical skill for MT required for a level II technician.
Radiographic Testing
Radiography is a method of non-destructive testing where many types of manufactured componentscan be examined to verify the internal structure and integrity of the specimen. Industrial Radiography can be performed utilizing either X-rays or gamma rays. Both are forms of electromagnetic radiation.
This course is designed for Engineers,QA/QC Personnel, Welding Supervisors & Inspectors,NDT Technicians & Practitioners, Qualified NDTLevel I individuals who want to be qualified as Level II.
Ultrasonic Testing
Ultrasonic testing (UT) is a family of non- destructive testing techniques based on the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the objector material tested. In most common UT applications, very short ultrasonic pulse-waves with center frequencies ranging from 0.1-15 MHz, and occasionally up to 50 MHz, are
transmitted into materials to detect internal flaws or to characterize materials.
Dye Penetrant Testing
Penetrant solution is applied to the surface of a precleaned component. The liquid is pulled in to surface-breaking defects by capillary action.DT is used to detect casting, forging and welding surface defects such as hairline cracks, surface porosity, leaks in new products, and fatigue cracks on in-service components.
